Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 2 years' experience in Sales Engineering

Brief Job Description:

• Supervises and coordinates projects between the operator, designer, consultants and contractor
• Reviews tender package
• Prepares proposal to projects according to the tender specifications and requirements
• Proposes hand sketches for layouts and concept perspectives and elevations.
• Prepares Mood boards and materials/finishes.
• Prepares design concepts and direction for the project as per client’s directions and requirements.
• FF&E Selection, documentation and budget.
• Conducts site visits, coordinates and make sure that designs are being implemented as per the drawing issued.
• Reviews shop drawings.
• Meets the Project deadline, hardworking and responsible
• A good team leader and member

Qualifications/Experience:

• Aged between 25 and 40
• Be a Production/Industrial graduate.  Masters Degree would be an asset.
• Posses Furniture & Fit-Out experience: minimum of 5 years.  Ex-IKEA experience is an asset.
• Woodworking experience is required
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet use
• English Language is required

• Knowledge of Automated Purchasing Systems is an asset

Brief Job Description:

• Full-Time job to be assigned in Foshan, China, for not less than 3 years
• Willingness and ability to travel for relatively long time periods
• Be responsible for product inspection during production
• Be responsible for vendor evaluation
• Be responsible for following up shipping and installation procedures
• Be responsible for preparing industry knowledge training material, supplier & staff evaluation reports, and monthly expenses reports
